About CivicFlow

CivicFlow is digital approval infrastructure for city and county governments. It connects agency staff, applicants, attorneys, lenders, engineers, surveyors, and other participants in one continuous, auditable workflow.

Our mission is to replace fragmented handoffs—not public oversight. Agencies retain control over permissions, decisions, legal requirements, and records while every participant gets a clear view of the action they need to take.

We are beginning with subdivision plat approvals: a demanding process that demonstrates how digital workflow, external endorsements, document versioning, and physical-original requirements can coexist in one Case.
